The product MANT is well proved since more than 10 years. The wire drawing dies made from MANT are established as perfect in the industrial drawing process.

See the scale at the bottom: 1 micron. The „old“ shapes of the diamond grains can be still detected. The holes come from the cobalt-catalyst „washed out“ by the polishing process.

The binding of the diamond grains is perfect. The bridging leads to a consistent diamond material. See also „Quality Control„
